Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage movie poster purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This 14-day period begins from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the last item in your order. This period extends over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us before the 14-day period expires by logging in to your customer account or contacting us at info@moviesmoviesmovies.co.uk.

We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s), using the same payment method as your original purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Please note the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items personalised or custom-made to your specification
  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, please log in to your customer account or contact us as soon as possible at info@moviesmoviesmovies.co.uk.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your poster arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
