An original vintage French theatrical poster for The Blue Bird (1976), George Cukor's lavish fairy-tale fantasy based on Maurice Maeterlinck's celebrated play. This folded affiche measures 23½" × 31½" (60 × 80 cm) and showcases artwork by artist Auble promoting the film's magical narrative. The prestigious cast includes Elizabeth Taylor as Light, Jane Fonda, Cicely Tyson, Will Geer, Todd Lookinland, Ava Gardner as Luxury, and Pavlova in the title role. The poster emphasises the film's spectacle and emotional resonance through evocative taglines. Condition is very good with only minor edge wear; the imagery remains vibrant and well-preserved.
