An original 1976 British Quad movie poster for Confessions of a Driving Instructor.

This is a genuine theatrical-release poster, printed for the film's original British cinema release.

Format: British Quad
Size: 30 x 40 inches (76 x 102 cm)

Condition: Light brown age-related staining and discolouration around the edges of the poster, with small tears at some fold edges. Formerly folded and now stored rolled.

Directed by Norman Cohen, Confessions of a Driving Instructor (1976) is a British comedy based on the Timothy Lea novels. Starring Robin Askwith, Anthony Booth, Doris Hare, Bill Maynard, Sheila White, Windsor Davies, Liz Fraser, Irene Handl, George Layton and Lynda Bellingham, it is one of the best-known entries in the popular Confessions film series.

Original British Quad posters for the Confessions films are increasingly sought after by collectors of British comedy and 1970s cinema. Featuring artwork by Vic Fair, this original release poster is an excellent example from one of Britain's most successful comedy franchises of the decade.
