An original folded British Quad movie poster for Fury of the Vikings, the UK release title for Mario Bava's 1961 Italian-French Viking epic Gli Invasori, also known as Erik the Conqueror.

This is a genuine theatrical-release poster, not a reproduction.

Directed by Mario Bava, Fury of the Vikings stars Cameron Mitchell, George Ardisson, Alice Kessler, Ellen Kessler, Andrea Checchi, Folco Lulli and Françoise Christophe.

The story follows two Viking brothers separated as children during a conflict with the English. Raised on opposing sides, they eventually encounter one another as enemies during a renewed Viking invasion of Britain.

Originally released in Italy as Gli Invasori in 1961, the film reached British cinemas in 1963 under the title Fury of the Vikings. Bava also served as cinematographer and co-writer, bringing his distinctive use of colour and visual style to the sword-and-sandal adventure.

Condition: Edge and fold wear with small tears and creasing. There are also pin holes. Please see photographs for condition.
