Directed by George Miller and George Ogilvie, Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome is the 1985 Australian post-apocalyptic action adventure and the third film in the original Mad Max series.

Mel Gibson returns as Max Rockatansky, a wandering survivor who becomes entangled in the power struggles of Bartertown, a desert settlement ruled by Aunty Entity, played by Tina Turner.

The cast also includes Bruce Spence, Frank Thring, Angelo Rossitto and Helen Buday. The film is particularly remembered for its spectacular Thunderdome gladiatorial sequences and Tina Turner's performance, as well as her hit song "We Don't Need Another Hero (Thunderdome)".

This original Australian Daybill features striking orange-toned artwork combining Mel Gibson's Max, Tina Turner's Aunty Entity and the film's post-apocalyptic imagery.

An appealing piece of original Australian cinema memorabilia from one of the country's most internationally successful film franchises.
