Directed by Costa-Gavras and based on a true story, Missing is a political drama and thriller starring Jack Lemmon, Sissy Spacek, John Shea, Melanie Mayron and Charles Cioffi.

The film follows an American father and his daughter-in-law as they search for his missing son following a military coup in Chile. Missing received widespread critical acclaim, winning the Palme d'Or at Cannes and the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay, with Jack Lemmon and Sissy Spacek both receiving acting Oscar nominations.
