Directed by Richard Fleischer, Mr. Majestyk is a 1974 American action crime thriller starring Charles Bronson as Vince Majestyk, a former soldier attempting to make an honest living as a melon farmer in Colorado.

When Majestyk becomes involved in a confrontation with local criminals and the authorities, he finds himself targeted by ruthless mob hitman Frank Renda, played by Al Lettieri.

Determined to protect his farm, his workers and his livelihood, Majestyk refuses to be intimidated, leading to a series of increasingly violent confrontations.

The supporting cast includes Linda Cristal, Lee Purcell and Paul Koslo.

Written by acclaimed crime novelist Elmore Leonard, Mr. Majestyk combines hard-edged action, rural American settings and Bronson's trademark portrayal of a determined individual standing against overwhelming odds.

Released during the height of Bronson's popularity as an action star, the film remains a favourite among collectors of 1970s American crime cinema.

Released in Italy under the title A Muso Duro, this original theatrical poster features striking illustrated artwork by Averardo Ciriello, one of Italy's notable cinema poster artists.
