Directed by Joe D'Amato (credited as Michael Wotruba), Novelle licenziose di vergini vogliose (1973) stars Gabriella Giorgelli, Margaret Rose Keil, Enza Sbordone, Antonio Spaccatini and Paolo Casella. This Italian decamerotic comedy follows Giovanni Boccaccio as he dreams of a descent into Hell, where a series of comic and bawdy tales unfold, inspired by medieval literature and the popular decamerotic cycle of the early 1970s.
