Run for the Sun is a jungle adventure thriller loosely based on Richard Connell's celebrated short story The Most Dangerous Game. Richard Widmark stars as Mike Latimer, a reclusive novelist living in Mexico who is tracked down by journalist Katie Connors, played by Jane Greer.

When the pair attempt to fly back to Mexico City, they crash in the remote jungle and encounter Browne, played by Trevor Howard, and Van Anders, played by Peter van Eyck. Their seemingly hospitable hosts are soon revealed to have a dangerous wartime past, leaving Latimer and Connors fighting to escape.

Directed by Roy Boulting from a screenplay by Boulting and Dudley Nichols, the film was released by United Artists in 1956.

Condition: A small section of the border is missing, with some creasing, pin holes and markings. Please see photographs for condition.
