German A1 theatrical poster from the 1971 first German release of Too Late the Hero, a World War II military action thriller directed by Robert Aldrich. This original folded cinema poster measures 23" × 33" (58 × 84 cm) and features an ensemble cast including Michael Caine, Cliff Robertson (billed as Academy Award Winner), Ian Bannen, Harry Andrews, Denholm Elliott, Ronald Fraser, Ken Takakura (billed as introducing the actor), and Henry Fonda as Special Guest Star. Aldrich's wartime narrative explores military strategy and survival across Pacific theatre operations. Distributed across German cinemas during the film's 1971 theatrical run, this poster exemplifies the era's war-action cinema marketing.
