Directed by Roberta Findlay, Tenement is a 1985 American exploitation horror thriller set in a dilapidated apartment building in the South Bronx, New York.

Also known as Game of Survival, the film follows a group of residents whose lives descend into terror when a violent street gang takes over their building.

Refusing to surrender their homes, the tenants fight back against the intruders, leading to an increasingly brutal confrontation.

The film stars Joe Lynn, Corinne Chateau and Karen Russell.

Combining urban crime, exploitation cinema and graphic horror, Tenement became a notorious example of independent American genre filmmaking during the 1980s.

The film is particularly associated with director Roberta Findlay, whose work spans exploitation, adult cinema and low-budget horror.

This original US video store poster features dramatic illustrated artwork depicting armed gang members and terrified residents beneath the film's distinctive blood-dripping title.

The promotional tagline "Slaughter in the South Bronx!" captures the film's gritty urban setting and confrontational exploitation marketing.

An unusual piece of 1980s video store memorabilia for collectors of cult horror, exploitation cinema, Roberta Findlay films and vintage VHS-era promotional artwork.
